On October 11, 2022, Commercial Metals Company (CMC) declared a $0.16 per share quarterly dividend, up 14.3% from the previous dividend of $0.14 quarterly per share. A new annual dividend rate of 64 cents yields 1.6% at a stock price of $42.49.

CMC's 232nd consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on November 10, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 27, 2022. Last year CMC hiked its dividend by 16.7%.
