Portfolio up +17.7% YTD as of November 3, continuing to outperform peers amid strong semiconductor gains.
The Dividend Hike Portfolio recorded a +17.7% gain YTD as of November 3, 2025. The portfolio value increased from $100,000 at the start of 2025 to approximately $117,700, not including dividends received. The current yield is around 1.1%.
Lam Research (LRCX) remains the strongest contributor, up +123.2% YTD, followed by KLA Corp (KLAC) at +93.5% and Amphenol (APH) with a +103.8% return. Other notable gainers include Applied Materials (AMAT) up +46.2%, Curtiss-Wright (CW) up +69.6%, and Watts Water (WTS) with a +33.7% gain.
Eaton (ETN) advanced +16.5% YTD, while Parker Hannifin (PH) gained +21.4%, both supported by steady demand in the industrial sector.
On the weaker side, Murphy USA (MUSA) is down -26.6%, Texas Pacific Land (TPL) dropped -16.4%, and Badger Meter (BMI) fell -14.2%. Other laggards include Zoetis (ZTS) at -11.4% and Carlisle (CSL) at -11.7%.
Among consumer-related holdings, Domino’s Pizza (DPZ) declined -3.8%, while Williams-Sonoma (WSM) is up +4.0%. Cintas (CTAS) remained flat for the year, and Mondelez (MDLZ) slipped -5.2%.
McKesson (MCK) posted a +43.9% YTD gain, and Crane (CR) advanced +26.9%, showing continued momentum in healthcare and diversified industrials.
In financials, Equitable Holdings (EQH) rose +3.4%, while American Financial Group (AFG) is down -4.8%, and Primerica (PRI) declined -3.7%.
Dividend Update
In 2025, 22 of 25 holdings have raised their dividends, with an average increase of 14.5%. The remaining three—Zoetis, Texas Pacific Land, Deere & Co —are expected to announce later this year. The last company to announce a big dividend hike was Amphenol. APH 0.00%↑ raised its dividend by 51.5%, marking 14 consecutive years of increases.
During Q4, the portfolio collected $41 in dividends so far, which will be reinvested evenly across all holdings.
